We invite you to dive into the flow...
and immerse yourself in this four month, 200 hour, yoga alliance approved, Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training. Whether you are looking to deepen your personal practice or embark on your journey as a blossoming yoga teacher, this intensive will provide you with an enriching, life-enhancing experience that will transform your relationship with yoga, yourself and the world.
We practice, teach and live Vinyasa Flow yoga as an evolutionary approach to an ancient system while honoring its roots in the Krishnamacharya lineage. Vinyasa Flow creatively integrates breath and movement through a full-spectrum of Hatha yoga asanas, pranayama and meditations dynamically arranged to offer the practitioner a fully embodied experience. Discovering the freedom to flow on the yoga mat inspires you to move gracefully, peacefully and adventurously through life.
You will graduate with a wealth of knowledge and teaching experience well prepared to structure and lead your own Vinyasa Flow classes and register with the Yoga Alliance if you choose. On a more personal note: your eyes will open wide, your mind will be blown, your heart will expand, your inner fire will ignite and your whole body will be present as you EVOLVE. Join us!

TEACHER TRAINING SCHEDULE
Every Wednesday - January 6 - May 5, 6-9 pm
Five Weekends - Friday-Sunday
January 8-10
February 5-7
February 26-28
March 19-21
April 16-18
May 7-9 - (emergency make-up weekend, please reserve just in case...)
Weekend Schedule:
Fridays: 5:30-9:30 pm
Saturdays: 8:30-6:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
Sundays: 9:30-7:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
Individual Schedule:
Observe, assist & teach a minimum of 16 hours of classes with Carson and/or other qualified E-RYTs and complete appropriate questionnaires.
Please Note: 100% attendance is required to meet Yoga Alliance standards and to receive a certificate of completion from our program. If you have schedule conflicts please discuss ASAP with the Director to determine how those hours can be accounted for. We will try to accommodate your needs while upholding the rigor of our program.
