VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Unite your body and mind by syncing your breath and movement in a physically rigorous and internally rejuvenating Vinyasa Flow class. You will flow freely through strengthening, stretching and purifying asanas that are dynamically arranged to take you deeper into your personal practice. To enhance the mind-body connection, the final fifteen minutes is a combination of restorative poses, pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation.
GENTLE FLOW YOGA
Let all stress subside in a Gentle Flow class. At a relaxed pace, you will flow effortlessly through stretching, toning and restorative asanas that encourage you to release tension and cultivate stability. To enhance your physical awareness, Gentle Flow is anatomically focused using yoga props to ease your asanas into proper alignment. As always, the final fifteen minutes of class will be a combination of pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation.
EMBODI YOGA
Rejuvinate your whole being by understanding your body-temple. This class teaches basic yoga poses in union with muscle and bone alignment. With this knowledge, you are able to practice safely, understanding the steps and stages your body flows through to touch its beauty and perfection. As a beginner or a practitioner with a few years of daily experience, this class will enrich you. This is also an excellent refresher for graduates of the Embodi Yoga 230 Hour Program.
GYROKINESIS®
As the basis for the Gyrotonic Expansion System®, Gyrokinesis moves through seated, lying down and standing positions during this 60 or 90 minute workout. Originally called Yoga for Dancers, this class allows the client to work on the entire body through natural elements of spinal movement: arch, curl, side-bend, spiraling and circular, as well as all other joint articulation. This approach systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating movements. These movements stimulate the body's internal organs while different corresponding breathing patterns are integrated along with the movements. In Gyrokinesis, fluidity is key. Postures are not held for long periods of time. Instead, postures are smoothly and harmoniously connected through the use of breath, making exercises feel and appear more like a dance and swimming, than like traditional yoga. You will find pleasure in movement, in opening and creating space within the body and deepening the connection from your center through your extremities. Be prepared to build strength and endurance.
PILATES
Pilates is a low stress method of physical and mental conditioning that strengthens and lengthens the muscles while stabilizing and supporting the skeleton. Designed to work directly with the deepest muscles in the body, Pilates exercises initiate from the core (abdominal, back and gluteus areas) and flow outward to the extremities. Performed both on the Mat and with its specialized apparatus, the Pilates technique provides students with unparalleled strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Most clients report an immediate alleviation of lower back and joint pain as well an improvement in posture and energy levels.

KIDS YOGA
Kids yoga is a fun and creative approach to yoga that can be very helpful for children whose bodies are still developing. The use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises promote strength, coordination, body awareness and flexibility. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop self-control. Kids will improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination and help to release energy in a safe, fun environment. Using interactive games and animated postures, kids learn about animals, nature and basic anatomy through yoga. Kids yoga also promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem ("I can do it!"); a feeling of well-being and respect for all living things and love for one's self, inside and out. And of course, it is lots of fun! This is a session-based class that requires pre-registration.

MOM & TOT YOGA
Yoga fun for the you and your child! This class will use interactive partnering poses, games, music and encourage self-expression. Yoga is a great activity to do with your child as you grow together! Ages 3-4. This is a session-based class that required pre-registration.

HEALTHY MOMS PRENATAL YOGA
Prenatal classes focus on breathing, gentle stretching, strengthening, and relaxation to help moms-to-be meet the physical and mental challenges of pregnancy, labor and motherhood. This is a session-based class that requires your caregiver's consent and pre-registration through Healthy Moms.

BELLY DANCE
Belly Dance is by tradition a modest, feminine dance form that honors the beauty of the feminine form, inspires confidence within women, and is also a great form of full body exercise. A few of the physical benefits from this dance include excellent muscle control, body awareness, and spinal alignment. These classes, offering a wide variety of technique, stylistic traditions, and prop training, will not only teach you to become a great belly dancer, but are also a fun and supportive way to get in shape and connect with other women in a truly authentic way. This is a session-based class that requires pre-registration through the instructor.

People who have enjoyed private sessions tailored to fit their individual needs are: beginners, those healing from injuries, those dealing with chronic issues, those wanting to develop a home practice as well as seasoned yogis who feel that they need a little more one-on-one detail.
Semi-Private Yoga Sessions include all of the benefits of Private Sessions and allow you the opportunity to share your yoga practice with family and friends! You can create your own intimate yoga class as a way to unite and spend more time with those that you love.
Evolve Yoga offers both Private and Semi-Private yoga classes scheduled at your convenience on a recurring or one time only basis in our studio or your home. All Private and Semi-Private Sessions run one hour.

Corporate Yoga Sessions are available in our studio or your office through our sister company Evolve Wellness. Unite your work schedule with your yoga practice for a refreshed outlook on your 9-5. Evolve Wellness offers corporate yoga classes as well as health education seminars scheduled at your convenience during lunch breaks or after the workday on a recurring basis.
